What you’ll handle (DIY)

DIY means you stay in the driver’s seat — we provide the marketing systems, enquiry capture and support, but you control the sale.

You’ll typically handle:

  • Buyer conversations (answering questions, arranging inspections and following up)
  • Price decisions (setting your asking price and deciding which offer to accept)
  • Negotiation (counter offers and agreed terms)
  • Contract decisions (choosing conditions like finance/building & pest, settlement timing, inclusions/exclusions)
  • Your legal/settlement pathway (engaging your preferred solicitor/conveyancer if you choose, and progressing the transaction to settlement)
