The Open Day, held on Friday, 26 May is the perfect opportunity to explore the college facilities, be entertained by the students, and meet the principal. You can do all this while enjoying food, drinks, and getting all your questions answered about the college and, more generally, high school life for your child.
St James College is extraordinarily unique in its ‘Global Learning, Achieving Aspirations’ approach, which opens a future for your child to be able to travel the world confidently, pursue a high-level career that interacts across the globe, or even potentially become the next prime minister of Australia.
The reason why the college is able to add all this to your child’s potential is because of its mantra, ‘Global Learning, Achieving Aspirations’! This mantra forms part of the college north star and guides all its efforts in giving your son or daughter an education that turns your child into a person ready to make a difference in the world and have a fulfilling life.
The college principal, Ann Rebgetz, will be attending the Open Day and has invited the whole community to come along and experience what it is like to be part of the culture of the school.
“In terms of coming to our Open Day, it will be a day of fun, of energy, of experience, of vitality, because that is how we live in our community as a school,” Principal Rebgetz said. “And so, we celebrate as much as possible.”
“This will be a day of action, if you want to see a progressive school that’s extremely multicultural, that actually places the child at the centre, Years 5 to 12 – come along.”
